Junior Secretary (Contract)

Job Descriptions:

The job holder will be responsible for providing secretarial, reception and administrative support to the senior secretary and manager.

  • Providing secretarial support as required
  • Responding to client emails
  • Scanning and indexing daily incoming and outgoing post in addition to other documents
  • Filing of Company secretarial documents
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Welcoming clients and other visitors to the company
  • Organising couriers and other administrative tasks
  • Covering all secretarial, reception and office assistant tasks as required
  • Any other related tasks to ensure the smooth running of the company

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree 
  • At least 1-2 years related experience in Administration or Secretarial
  • Job Type: Contract leading to Permanent
  • Salary range: RM1,600 - RM2,000
  • Location: Damansara Intan, Petaling Jaya
