The job holder will be responsible for providing secretarial, reception and administrative support to the senior secretary and manager.
- Providing secretarial support as required
- Responding to client emails
- Scanning and indexing daily incoming and outgoing post in addition to other documents
- Filing of Company secretarial documents
- Answering telephone calls
- Welcoming clients and other visitors to the company
- Organising couriers and other administrative tasks
- Covering all secretarial, reception and office assistant tasks as required
- Any other related tasks to ensure the smooth running of the company
- At least 1-2 years related experience in Administration or Secretarial
- Job Type: Contract leading to Permanent
- Salary range: RM1,600 - RM2,000
- Location: Damansara Intan, Petaling Jaya
