HR Assistant / Executive (Contract)

Job Descriptions:

  • Supports and works closely with HR Executive on:
    • Immigration matters
    • Handling the recruitment process
    • Preparing letters (offer letter/ warning letter/ acceptance (resignation) letter)
    • Payroll entries to ensures accurate calculations of wages, benefit deductions and other deductions
    • Answering phone calls
    • Handling staff leave management
    • Other ad-hoc jobs

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years HR experience preferred
  • Highly skilled with spreadsheets, relational databases, and various reporting software applications.
  • Some experience in benefits and immigration will be an added advantage
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees at all levels.
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of general Human Resource practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage key tasks of role.
  • Maintaining accuracy in detail-oriented processes.
  • Above average computer skills, including Word, Excel, and experience in HR systems.
