HR Assistant / Executive (Contract)

Job Descriptions:
- Supports and works closely with HR Executive on:
- Immigration matters
- Handling the recruitment process
- Preparing letters (offer letter/ warning letter/ acceptance (resignation) letter)
- Payroll entries to ensures accurate calculations of wages, benefit deductions and other deductions
- Answering phone calls
- Handling staff leave management
- Other ad-hoc jobs
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years HR experience preferred
- Highly skilled with spreadsheets, relational databases, and various reporting software applications.
- Some experience in benefits and immigration will be an added advantage
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees at all levels.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of general Human Resource practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage key tasks of role.
- Maintaining accuracy in detail-oriented processes.
- Above average computer skills, including Word, Excel, and experience in HR systems.
